Annabelle walks into the library carrying her bag full of books, and her knitting. She needed a quiet place to work, well knit. The Gryffindor common room is out of the question. The Weasley twins were throwing a party. She'd go later, but right now she needs to finish her sweater. She looks around, for a place to sit. She spots an open table and walks over sitting her bookbag down on top of it. She then pulls a chair out, and sits down on it. She then looks around, wow it was really crowded in here. A teacher must have cracked down with the homework.

Smiling softly she opens her bag and pulls out the sweater. Letting it fall into her lap, she places the yarn on the table. She then picks up her needles. Smiling she starts to knit. Every once and a while she stops to check her sweater. She looks up after awhile and notices the boy sitting at the table. Wow, how long had he been sitting there? She then looks back down at the sweater, its done but she needs a model. Looking around, she sighs. No one she knows to ask to try it on.

Just then Annie gets an idea. She turns slowly to look at the boy, a sly smile on her face. Oh wow, he's cute. Not now, first sweater model. Quickly she untangles it from the yarn, and needles and shooves those in her bag. She then looks at the boy. "Hi, I'm Annabelle, and you are?"she says politely. She then stands up and walks over to the boy. She then holds the sweater out to him. "Will you try this on?" she asks not really stopping to think that it might be weird. When it comes to knitting, Annie doesn't care. She needs a model, and he's cute. Hopefully he'd say yes. She then turns and smiles nicely at him.

Bennett had searched the halls for a decent quiet spot, and eventually came upon the library. Now, the Hufflepuff wasn't really interested in doing much reading, or even homework for that matter. He had a divination book in his hands, but no reason or want to use the thing.

His chocolate eyes stared disapprovingly at the amount of students in the library, and the number of open tables. How was he supposed to do nothing now? Sighing, he quickly took a spot by some blonde girl, apparently to intent on her knitting to notice his existence. Blankly opening his book, he pretended to study for his quiz tomorrow, really wishing it was acceptable to fall asleep in the library. Bennett sighed loudly, glancing over at what the girl was doing. Knitting. Bethany used to knit. A small smile on his lips, the wizard went back to almost trying to study.

Jumping up slightly at the sound of a female voice, he glanced cautiously up at her. "Er, hi," Bennett said softly. "I'm Bennett," the boy added quickly, almost forgetting that part. He was surprised that the girl was talking to him, of all people. He raised an eyebrow at the girl, and her sweater, and was reluctant to rise out of his chair. "Sure," Bennett replied, gingerly taking the sweater from Annabelle. Sliding the knitted fabric over his v-neck, the found it to fit surprisingly well. "It's comfy," he said with a sheepish grin.

Annie looks over at Bennett and smiles at him. Oh god, he was just so adorable. She bits her lip, and watches as he tries on the sweater. It fit him nicely, and he looked good in it. The nice and rich blue color, looked good on him. Hm, it really suits him. "You should keep the sweater, it looks nice on you" she says to him.
Slowly Annie walks around the table and sits down in her seat. She then opens her bag, and pulls out her charms text book. She then flips it open. No, she wasn't going to study, it's rude. "It's nice to meet you Bennett"she says softly. It was nice to meet him, maybe she'd make a new friend.
"So what house are you in?"she asks him. "I'm a Gryffindor"she says to him. Annie then looks around and sighs. The library is such a boring place. Annie leans in over the table, and looks at him. "Hey want to go do something fun?"she asks him. Honestly she wanted to get out of this place. It's boring, and yeah she is in need of some food.

Bennett turned a soft shade of pink, as he let out a nervous chuckle. His brown eyes diverted down to the sweater, it's royal blue color quiet fitting. "Oh,I couldn't-" he began, before looking at the sincerity in her eyes. "I mean, I like it," Bennett corrected, smiling all the more.

He gave Annabelle a boyish grin, noticing how beautiful she was. Her curly golden locks, and sparkling blue eyes. Sitting back down, he simply nodded at whatever she was saying. She was so pretty, Bennett would probably agree to anything she said. "It'snicetoseeyou," he slurred, words mushing together. Leaning his face on his hand, he flipped through his divination book lazily, not comprehending the words on his text at all. He couldn't take his eyes off the lovely girl across the table.

Bennett nodded slowly, figuring that she was a Gryffindor. No other house could possibly fit her nature. "Hufflepuff," he responded lazily. Annabelle leaned in, and the wizard simply smiled a stupid grin, nodding again. "Mhm," he replied.

Annie smiles as she looks across the table at Bennett. He's just so adorable, like a little puppy but cutter. His blond hair, and the brown eyes are just such a cute combination. "Please keep it. I have no one else to give it to. I just knit for fun, I don't think about uses for them. It would mean a lot to me if you'd keep it"she says to him, in a soft tone. She then looks at him, a small smile on her face. She then reaches across the table and touches his arm. Looking into his eyes she says, "Keep it"she says to him.

Annie then leans back in her chair and smile slightly. She closes her book and slides it into her bag. Hm where to go? She wasn't sure, where to go. Maybe they'd just take a walk? She looks down at the old beat up watch on her wrist. It was around seven o'clock, they'd still have sometime. "Do you want to just take a walk?"she asks him. It was the best she could think of on such a short notice.

Annie then stands up and slings her bag over her shoulder. Smiling she pushes her chair into the table. Standing up she walks over to Bennett. "Let's go"she says softly. She then waits for him to gather all of his stuff. When he's done, she slowly walks out to the hallway. She then looks over at him. "Which way should we go first?" she asks him. Personally she was up for exploring empty classrooms, or maybe a secret passage? There is so much to do here.

Bennett gave her a goofy smile and nodded in reply. Her hair was so curly, almost unruly, but beautiful all the same. Perfect, more like, as he continued to nod. "I will, I mean, it's really comfy," Ben continued, gazing into her blue eyes.

Bennett continued to smile as she set away her books, doing the same to his textbooks. He leaned his face on the palm of his hand, tracing where his book was on his fingertips. Glancing at Bella's watch, he simply nodded. "I would love too," he said quickly, rising from his seat.

Bennett slid his backpack over his shoulder and around his arms, smiling at the beautiful Gryffindor in front of him. He followed her out into the hallway as he gave passive waves to some other students from his house. "Up?" he suggested, looking at the massive display of staircases above them. To be honest, he hadn't even used all of them in his lifetime.
