Brief History: Carter Grew up in Dublin with his Mother and three sisters. He had never really known his father who ducked out on his family at a young age. He grew up a normal young wizard, anticipating the day he could finally get to attend Hogwarts.
Physical Appearance: Carter has a sort of young face, with piercing blue eyes. His hair is ruffled and blond. Carters skin is white, and he stands at around 5'6.
Personality:Carter is extremely shy when it comes to new people. It takes a long time for Carter to open up to people. Carter is usually friendly and will always try to defend his friends. He is truly loyal to them.

Talents: Carter is quite good at potions, he has a knack for it. He isn't that good at dueling, but is still learning. He is quite good with animals, as it always interests him. He has good flying skill, always practicing for quidditch season.
